What We Do

Scholarships To Poor and Merit Students

The Merit Scholarship programme, the objective of which was to provide financial assistance to meritorious and poor families to meet a part of their day-to-day expenses while pursuing higher studies especially girls students studying Intermediate and above level in Government Colleges. Butta Foundation will conduct the Merit exam shortlist the students after that our volunteers will do the poverty assessment survey selected students. If the candidate will select foundation will take her all fesses of the student until he was settled in her/his life. We provide the interest-free loans to talented students who was appearing for competitive exams.(Ex: DSC, Groups, Bank exams)

Strengthening of Government Schools

The government school system in Andhra Pradesh is about the availability of physical infrastructure and qualified human resources, but the absence of crucial links that are essential to enable the students to learn. This is more so in Kurnool District district, which consistently records low educational attainment, as observed from the low ‘pass percentages’ in annual school leaving examination and other primary education surveys done periodically.

Butta Group (Meridian Schools) has adopted 14 Government schools in Meheboobnagar District of Telangana state. and constant support is given by providing stationery, books, uniform, teaching aids, vessels, clothes, footwear and even rice to these very needy students.

Women Empowerment

The objective is to enable poor women to have a wider range of choices and opportunities in the economic, social and political spheres so they can improve their own well-being and that of their households. The programme supports and strengthens women’s self-help groups and their apex organizations, and provides them with access to financial services, fostering linkages with banks and supporting microfinance institutions.

Butta foundation will work with existing health institutions. We will link up the poor and middle-class communities various govt., schemes, trusts, and NGO’ s working in the health sector. We conduct the screening camps and refer the cases to the consigned partnering hospitals

Health

Youth Skill Training Centers

The objective of this Skill Certification program is to enable a large number of Kurnool youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Under this Programme, Training and Assessment fees are completely paid by the Government. Butta Foundation will identify the right persons and right institutions for youth development.
